Anti-corruption and Transparency
We provide Employability Skills Trainings for young people who are in search for jobs. Employability Skills are the transferable skills needed by an individual to make them ‘employable’. Along with good technical understanding and subject knowledge, employers often outline a set of skills that they want from an employee. These skills are what they believe will equip the employee to carry out their role to the best of their ability. Our capacity-building trainings combine 10 modules of soft skills, the techniques to search a job and financial education.
نحن نوفر برامج لبناء قدرات في مهارات التوظيف للشباب الذين هم في طور البحث عن وظائف. مهارات التوظيف هي المهارات التي يحتاجها الفرد ليكون جاهزا للاندماج داخل سوق الشغل.الى جانب الفهم الفني الجيد و المعارف المكتسبة، أصحاب العمل في كثير من الأحيان يريدون من الموظف اكتساب العديد من المهارات الحياتية الناعمة. يعتقدون أن هذه المهارات ستساهم في تمكين الموظف من تنفيذ دورهم. دوراتنا لبناء القدرات تجمع بين 10 وحدات في المهارات الناعمة، وتقنيات البحث عن وظيفة والتثقيف المالي.

Since the indicators of corruption is increasing in the world, we provide capacity-building trainings in anti-corruption mechanisms and transparency tools in order to involve all of the segments of society in shaping a better and prosperous future for their communities.
